In my research , I would focus on marketing data mining and banking data mining. By the use of data mining in marketing it is possible to predict which users are expected to withdraw from a service, or what attracts them based on their searches. Data mining in banking is applied in learning more about the bank’s online habits to improve their returns on m arketing campaigns . Since marketing is the backbone of banking activities, hence it is possible to predict the future of both marketing and banking by us ing data mining.

At any rate, a powerful culture may be a limit in achieving the organization’s set objectives of maintaining a competitive edge in the market. It may be a key to boosting or killing the strategy of a firm. In this discussion , we clarify what is contained and what is absent in the organization’s culture. The main objective is to help project leaders acquire a powerful understanding of the culture of their organization, its growth, and its core values. The organization should also come up with measures for discovering, fixing, and getting used to their behavior when they are in places with different cultures. By putting into consideration all these factors, a project manager is capable of succeeding and reaching the intended objectives.
